To Submit Lesson Resources: K-5 Science

Please consider sharing your science lesson planning resources to help other ACPS teachers plan engaging lessons. For more information about resource sharing, see the FAQs. For science, we are particularly seeking resources to support:

1) Hands-on Investigations
2) Literacy in the content area: vocabulary development, argumentation, reading, writing
3) Blended learning/technology integration
4) Integration of scientific practices:
      -Asking questions
      -Developing and using models
      -Planning and carrying out investigations
      -Analyzing and interpreting data
      -Using mathematics and computational thinking
      -Constructing explanations
      -Engaging in argument from evidence
      -Obtaining, evaluating, and communicating information
 5) Differentiated resources to support ELs, SWD, and TAG Students
