In PowerSchool PUBLIC (for parents and students), the following information is available to parents of students in grades K-5: Attendance, Quarterly progress reports, Teacher e-mail addresses.
The following information is available to parents of students in grades 6-12: Attendance, Interim (mid-quarter) reports, Report cards, Current grades and gradebook, Student schedule, Teacher e-mail addresses.
You can also download PowerSchool as an app. If prompted, ACPS’s code is LZLW.
Use of an online gradebook (individual assignments, tests, etc.) is not required for teachers in grades K-5.
How elementary schools communicate with families regarding curriculum and student assignments varies by school. Each elementary school provides the appropriate information to parents regarding this access.
PowerSchool is one of ACPS’s Alexandria Academic Access (AAA) tools. Parents provide permission for students to utilize this tool through paperwork during the registration process and at the beginning of the school year.

No personally-identifying information should be submitted to or posted on this Site by Children without the consent of their parent or guardian.
