Trouble with Google Drive sync in Canvas?

We continue to have some staff and students experiencing what appear to be somewhat random issues with accessing Google Docs in Canvas. Sometimes they are unable to access a Google Cloud assignment and get just an empty white box, other times they end up in a loop requesting over and over that they authorize their Google Drive. Removing students in Hapara

Students are showing up in my Hapara that aren’t in my class! You can remove a student from Hapara following these steps:
Click on the class with the extra student in it. 
Click on class info (blue menu across the top, far right).
Click in the box next to the student’s name.
Click on Remove (red, top of student list, right hand side)
Confirm that you want to remove student.
