Mailbox getting full? First step? Be sure to empty your trash by right-clicking on your trash and selecting Empty Trash. Second step? Delete large attachments from your Sent mail. Click on your Sent mail folder. Right-click in the gray bar at the top of your messages and select size. Delete the messages with the largest attachments.
