What might a highly motivated intern experience while working for your organization?
- Prepare and compile materials for 60 students use at the upcoming Spring/Summer term of the Alexandria School for the Performing Arts (ASAP)
- Manipulate changes to the Salvation Army’s online church directory website and updates several Excel spreadsheets
- Assist with preparation for materials and calling Council members for R.S V. P.’s for our monthly Advisory Council meeting
- Provide office coverage (phones, greeting and communicating with our constituents both internal and external constituents, copying, faxing, scanning, filing and light typing) while the administrative assistant works on other projects
- Assist with bulk mailings and incoming/outgoing mail
- Assist with ordering and receiving of supplies
