My evaluation is about  Major Mallich’s attitude towards the students.”America is going to fall just like Rome”. In the 2nd chapter the now Major Reuben Mallich was sitting in a room full of students comparing the United states to Rome which was an empire that fell after 500 years of domination. The students are pessimistic towards the future of the United States. Major Reuben Mallich was sitting there writing in farsi and disagreeing silently with the students. He is more optimistic about the future of America. He also believes that America is not an empire. He is very loyal to his country.
