From the book I’ve reading Jason & Kyra by Dana Davidson so far Jason and Kyra friendship has grown a lot more than most kids expect from school. For this reason, these classmates were getting along very much that the gf( Lisa) was dealing with the fact that things are going to change anytime soon. Jason and Lisa have not been hanging out together lately so people started a rumor saying that they have broken up. However, they are actually together but not like what they use to be. Lisa and her friends was even noticing that Kyra was the reason why they have lost the connection they had. Lisa didn’t want to accept the fact that this might end so she has been extra nice to Jason, “Jason when are you coming to my house so I can cook for you? (112). He didn’t seem like he was interested so he replied” I’ve got so much homework and my dad wants me to go to the car shop right after school so I’ll you later okay”. (113) At this point I visualize that they are no longer going to be together. If he keeps avoiding her at school and even outside of school, they are eventually going to breakup.
