In this post I will make a prediction based on the last chapter I read of Slow Waltz in Cedar Bend. In the last chapter I read, Michael found a woman who is friend with Jellie. She let Michael know where “Jellie is living she also let him know that Jellie may be using the name Velayudum instead of Braden or Markham” (Waller 152). She also emphasized that “Jellie has lived a complicated life” (Waller 153). Based on what I read I can predict that Michael will find Jellie. Because she is not using her name and her friend says she has had a complicated life, Jellie might have a criminal record. Another possibility is that she is married to an Indian man and has a family. If she is a criminal, Michael might stick with her anyways. If she has a family he would probably leave and keep teaching in Cedar Bend.
