I am reading a book called Monochrome Days by Cait Irwin. This book is mainly about depression but also includes a little about other mental disorders. One question i had was is it really noticeable to see when somebody is suffering from depression? I later found out in the book that it kind of varies between people. “Some may try to hide it” (Irwin 24) because they either don’t want help or are afraid. In other people it can be very noticeable. Some signs that somebody might notice are “fatigue, being hyper” (Irwin 25) loss of concentration, or oversleeping. Not every person is the same so some you will notice and others you will not.
