In the book, “All I heard was the number –ten thousand dollars, cash. This was the jackpot. The answer I was looking for. He planning to go to a good school and leave St. Croix Island. To accomplish his dream, he must receive the money from working with his friend. Gantos’s friend has given Gantos the job of delivery illegal drugs. Gantos ignore the possibility of going to prison by bring illegal drugs to another place.
