In this post I will exhibit the main idea of the last chapter I read of Promised the Moon. This chapter talks mostly about Jerrie Cobb. The main idea is that Cobb was determined to fly. This chapter tells that she was so focus in flying that she made a deal with the owner of a circus. “If she rebuilt the plain and used it to promote his shows” (Nolen 51), the plain would be hers. The problem was that “… it need about everything fixed.”(Nolen 51). However, she was so determined to fly that she got it running.
