The main idea of eElie Wiesel book night is telling what was going on though out the period. It was during the holocaust a time period of horror and trying to survive. Elizer father has died and Elizer doesnt know what to do.  He said ” My father my inspiration , I looked up to him”. The moral of the story is going through a time of struggkle and trying to get through certain things in life. I learned many things through out reading this story. I learned how to  value things in life. And cherish my loved ones.
