The Scarlett Letter is a book that starts of very boring and doesn’t really catch the reader. When reading about Pearl, I was learning many new things of Hester Prynne. I have a prediction that Hester will finally tell Pearl why the community hates them and who her father really is.  After Pearly finds out, she will run away from her mother and tell everyone who’s her father. The community will be shocked and want to hurt Hester even more because of her past. This may be a good prediction or even bad, I know this story won’t end up with Hester getting out of her situation and lying her way out. Hester might die because of old age or someone may poison her and it might be her daughter. The father may even come out and tell everyone the truth about Hester, that she isn’t what everyone thinks of her as.
