Hmmm….. I wonder why Hester ( The Scarlet Letter) didn’t point out who committed the sin of adultery with, and why was she so strong-headed when they( the town people) asked her about the man that she slept with, or was it love that made her do such a thing? And come to think of it guys, why did she have to sleep with another man, not even any man in that matter.. a highly respected man of God for that matter. And why did she have to suffer all alone, and letting the man she commited adultery with go scort free? What was she thinking? And why didn’t the town people take away or kill Hester’s child ( Perry), if they thought she ( Perry) was the servant of the devil?
