“Man, waiting for dad to get home when they’re in the trouble is in the WORST. I used to just hide in the closet, but recently I figured out a better way to handle it. Now, whenever I get in trouble, I ask Grandma to come over for dinner, because Dad’s not gonna act mad at me if Grandma’s around”.

In this quote, he  calling his grandma home because he will be in trouble. His father is mad at him if he call his grandma then he will not get punish for that. I think he doing the wrong thing because, if he do something wrong then he need to get punish for that. In this case if he cont get punish for that then he will do this wrong thing again. Not again, he doing this over and over. He doing the wrong thing and he getting him self in trouble. So, he need to correct him self and he also need to do the thing his father want.
