L.A. Candy by Lauren Conrad is the beginning to a series of many books about four girls in a reality show. Jane is falling for a guy named Braden who sort of has a thing with this other girl named Willow. I personally think Jane should move on and give Jesse a chance since Braden is most likely interested in Willow and not her. “Willow was sitting on his lap, and they were…making out.” Also Scarlett should try harder to get along with the other girls because she always has a negative attitude towards them and everything they do.  “Jane was getting along well with Madison and Gaby, whom Trevor and Dana had basically forced on Scarlett and Jane.  But Scarlett couldn’t stand hanging out with them.” Furthermore, Scarlett should tell Jane that she feels like their friendship is slowly fading away because they’ve been friends since they were little and I’m sure their friendship means as much to Jane as it does to her. Finally, I feel like Jane shouldn’t judge Jesse just because of what she sees on the tabloids because most of those things are  lies people come up with for money.
