The bully is a book about African American kid who is 16 year old with a 9 year old body. his name is Darrell. his uncle said once to Darrell’s mom ” don’t you feed this kid” (Langan 48). i can imagine Darrel smaller then everyone in high school. he is a kid who doesn’t eat a lot and not that tall. getting bullied because he is small and making fun of him how small he is for an high school student.
