IRB #20 Questioning – Get Well Soon – Julie Halpern

March24

I wonder what this girl looks like. She never says her name or describes her appearance . She doesn’t even tell us her ethnicity. Also , who exactly is Tracy ? She writes to her on a daily , but why ? Another thing that she didn’t mention was why she had to wait 2 days until she was able to take a shower. Also why wouldn’t they give her , her bra back? Did they believe that these things were a danger to her ? And if they did believe that , why hasnt anyone helped her within the past 3 days that she had been there? ” … the other was a petite black girl who i though looked nice until she flipped me  the bird ( Halpern , 24) .” Who is this girl and why did she have so much animosity towards her? There are so many questions that have yet to be answered.

I like how you said that should the girls to start take care of themselves. And to start to take a shower and the girls it’s big different from the boy, because they should take a shower and to be clean all the time. and as we say in or religion’s that the mans and girls they should be clean all the time .and I like how you said why she had to wait 2 days until she was able to take a shower that will make the another person to stay away from you. And to say something’s bad about the girl. And it will make the girl to feel bad about her.

I like the way how you start and how you take about the girl when she was waiting 2 days to take shower. And I think next time you have to improve more example and more idea why she stay 2 days to take a shower.

Since the girl “never says her name or describes her appearance”, I am wondering how she looks like as well. I really like your questions. It sounds like you are very interested in the book you are reading. This blog post is on point. However, even though this blog post is perfect, adding more questions wouldn’t hurt (I know, you have a lot of questions!). Other than that I have no other suggestions on how this blog post can be improved. I would like to say one last time that I really enjoyed reading your blog post.

This is a job well done. You did fantastic on your questions. The questions truly show that you are into the story and are quite curious. It shows that your interested and that’s the point; you’re not simply asking questions to get the assignment finished. Great job on the citations too! I don’t see anything you need to work, the only thing I saw is that is not grammatically correct was “she writes to her on a daily”, but that was only a miniscule thing. Keep enjoying the book, I hope those questions were, or are going to be answered.
