IT Helpdesk Class Information

Students who are enrolled in a CTE course may apply to the student IT helpdesk class. The class is held during both lunch blocks (4th and 5th period) at the King Street campus. The application includes two recommendation letters, an online application, and an interview. Students who are selected will work in the student helpdesk (room B-232) during their designated class time. They will help with chromebook distribution, printer troubleshooting, chromebook repairs and troubleshooting, Kajeet check out, loaner check out, chromebook distribution, chromebook delivery, and Hour of Code activities.
