What might a highly motivated intern experience while working for your organization?

We are small, but expanding, busy bakery. The intern will have hands on experience dealing with product production in a commercial bakery. This job requires a high degree of organization, planning, quick thinking, and the ability to work closely with others. They will also get to observe and assist with customer service and all aspects of running a small business.
