What types of work will the intern perform?

  • Working with children and their teachers to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Supporting transition children who may need a “buddy” in class
  • Assisting with bathroom breaks or other urgent child needs
  • Working with teachers/children to reinforce good behavior
  • Participation in marketing events
  • Updating Language Stars’ databases with new inquiries, enrollments, tuition payments, and other key customer information
  • Completing key administrative initiatives, such as distribution of registration packets and preparation of weekly hand-outs with labels
  • Customer inquiry follow-up, including emails, mailings and transitioning next steps to Center Director(s)
  • General office organization
