The site director at each Campagna Kids Program will be responsible for the supervision and management of the center in accordance with the goals and regulations developed by The Campagna Center, the Virginia Department of Social Services, and the National School-Age Alliance. Principal duties include:
- development of a comprehensive school-age program
- planning and implementation of daily activities
- evaluating the effectiveness activities
- supervising staff and volunteers
- ensuring the safety and well-being of all children
- regularly communicating with parents
- contributing to the effective operation of the overall child care program
