Hero by Perry Moore is a confusing story so far because the dad is hated but yet he saves lives so its kind of obvious that there are some things that we need to learn in order to fully understand this novel. The mother also disappeared but her son seems to be doing just fine without her. Why could this be? Sometimes a person may seem like their life is perfect but in reality they are breaking apart. When a person is in a situation where they have to keep everything to themselves you know they are a strong person if the are able to go through all these struggles on their own.Even though you may not know it, there are many people around you that seem happier than ever but are secretly being destroyed. Sometimes a person just needs to let out everything that is going on with them before they reach a breaking point. In the book I am reading, I hope to find out everything that is going on with this abnormal family and be able to see every aspect to what they have gone through to get where they are now.
