“From the motorcycles beginning, noise and power were associated”.  I believe that, because that is how I think as well.  When I hear a loud race car, I think of all the power that the engine must have.   When I hear a fighter jet, I think the same thing.  Motorcycle mufflers make the bike quieter, so most people take the muffler off so that they can enjoy the loud sound of the motor. ‘ By taking the muffler off the bike, it increases the power of the engine because a muffler impedes the effective flow of gases through the engine.”  Since a race car does not have a muffler, it has much more power and can go so fast, just like a motorcycle.
