Live to Ride
We, as Americans, have trouble visualizing the British landscape until we have been there. The population density is much greater and roads exist everywhere. “Dating back to the time of those greatest of road builders, the Romans. They built roads almost everywhere.” Roads in Britain are narrow, winding and up hills and down. Roads were built through forests that were not flattened. The motorcycle has always been a huge seller in Britain because it is much easier to get around on a small motorcycle instead of a car.
