My rut is watching television. Television distracts me on doing homework. I watch TV while doing homework and it takes me hours to finish. It will make my life less simple because i can finish my homework and have time doing other things in my spare time. Its going to be difficult breaking my rut because it just comes naturally. I just turn on the TV and thats it. Its something i have to do every day.  This experiment will help me be the person i want to achieve because i will succeed in school and bring up my grades. With my spare time i will do more school work and actually do something. I hope to learn how difficult it really is to stop a habit you have and actually stop the habit. The quote that relates to me is “I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately”. It makes me feel like my room is the woods. Without the TV on its all silent and there i can do what i want.
