My rut has been very difficult to do because cursing is something I normally do. I know I can use another words that will not sound as bad as cursing. It has been two days now that I have been avoiding cursing or saying mean stuff. The effect is doing on my life giving up my rut has been pretty good I think it has started to make a positive change in my life which I think this is something I should not do only for one week it’s something I should do for life. It has been pretty difficult to stay without cursing but I always remember this is something I need to do for myself so Im really giving a good effort on this project not just as a project also as personal things I need to do. According Emerson “character  is higher than intellect. A great soul will be strong  to live as well as to think.” (Emerson). This quote taught me that we all need to have a strong character to achieve what we want on life.
