The experiment has finally come to an end and it went pretty well. I endured to it and kept going. In fact it i am planning to take up that plan and move on with it. I am now aware of the benefits of the experiment and it is no longer an experiment but a habit to me. I now sleep in a separate room far from my gadgets. Later when i fully transcend i can avoid the temptations and sleep soundly.

The rut had a negative impact on my life and giving it up made a positive change on me. I now continue to stay healthy and strong. My concentration in class is now at its maximum. I continue to produce good grades and fulfill all my tasks. I sleep well at night and continue to stay awake during day light. I am very happy to have undergone this experience because it had a great impact on my lifestyle. I was truly inspired by Walden Plans and decided to utilize the plan. It was truly a great experience.

My life was truly simplified and i am happy for leaving out my old me. The rut was really holding me back but right now i feel free and have a light-heart. The rut was not really easy to give up but i took it out of my life. Thoreau says in Walden “To be awake” means “to be alive.” I believe that i am finally awake and i believe that i can finally continue to live a healthy lifestyle.

There are studies that say teenagers should get 9 1/4 hours of sleep EVERY night! That means that if you get up at 7:00 AM to get to TC by 8:35 you would have to be ASLEEP no later than10:15 PM EVERY night.

Congratulations on meeting your goal and getting out of your rut!
