Michael Vick’s Future With the Eagles Organization

January7

Michael Vick is the starting quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles. Vick received a concussion while playing the Dallas Cowboys. Following Michael Vick’s concussion news reporters questioned him about whether or not he would stay with the Eagles.  He then stated “As of right now, I’ve got to continue to help this football team win these last two games and the future will take care of itself.”  I can actually connect to him because I know what its like to be on a losing team that isn’t going to make the playoffs, he also said “I can’t get upset or be disgruntled about anything that happens,” said Vick. “It’s just a blessing to be back and playing football. From where I came from and the opportunities that I’ve had over the last three or four years, I would have never thought.”

It’s not always easy to be on a losing team but if you can see the positives about it (good players, willing to learn to improve, building team work) then it helps to get through it.
