This book is about a teenage couple , Tar and Gemma, who decide to runaway from home. Tar, who is a guy, has parents who are alcoholics and Gemma, who is a girl, her parents are very overprotective. Tar and Gemma runaway to find themselves connecting with another group of teens who are into using heroin. I predict that they both will become dependent on the drug and end up hurting themselves. The book has some British slang since it is based in Britain itself. I think it will be a good book as I continue to read. – Aaliyah M.
