Your eating habit determines the pace of your body and skin aging. Avoid oil,  sugar and salty food. No fried food. Also you should try not to smoke because that faster up aging. Try to keep your body hydrated all the time. try to drink six to eight glasses  a day. Also Take full night and comfortable sleep.The most important one is stress, is the biggest reason for the aging signs. Keep the stress away. Relax and handle situations calmly. And also try to use some type of lotion that protect you from the sun. All of this things could make you look better and younger that your actual age can be.
