Since the Miami Heat are on a current 18 game winning streak after their 105-91 win over the Indiana Pacers, I predict that they will beat the record of 33 straight wins set by the Los Angeles Lakers in 1971-72 season. The Miami Heat are coming off of their 2^nd NBA championship in franchise history last year and are playing even better than they did the year before. The Miami Heat have lost both meeting against the Pacers on the road this season. They wanted to send a message to Indiana that you are not better than us and they did just that. “We’re well aware they’ve absolutely pounded us, beat us up,” the Miami Heat coach said of his team’s two previous games against the Indiana Pacers and before the two teams played on Sunday (Jeff Zillgitt). The Miami Heat let the Pacers know that they are still the superior team in the East and with a strong win today, they proved just that.
