Holden was in class with some of his friends and his teacher ends up sending him and four of his other friends out as well.  What he does not know is that his teacher sent him out so that they could be a demonstration of a current.  But the female that Holden and Jamie were talking about was in the class.  She thought that they were stupid to not even out up a fight as to why they were being put out of class.  This female too regrets ever being with Jamie the same way Jamie regrets being with her.  In the chapter after that Jamie and Holden hold a conversation through text on whether Jamie should or should not go to his dads.  We learn that Jamie’s father is a recovering alcoholic who told him that he should have died while in the womb and that his father had gotten remarried.  Jamie ask Holden what he would do if he was in his position and Holden responds saying, “What would I do if my mom asked e to go spend two weeks with her, and her new husband? Or, what would I do if my mom told me I shouldn’t have lived longer than 2 weeks in the womb?” Jamie got very upset with Holden.  From this point I can predict that Jamie has had a hard time in his personal life. He has had a hard time with his parents by the view of it and he had a pretty rough time in his last relationship.
