I predict that Red is pregnant because she just had sex with Q and Bacon both in the same day both unprotected. A few days later she starts throwing up at even the slight whiff of food. She remembers her period is slightly late. I also predict that Q will find out about Bacon and Red because one of the correctional officers was narrated as into making a note of the visit.  Although sex with bacon was an accident Red should have just walked out of the prison instead of having sex with him. She should’ve said she was on her period or something.
