I visualize that Phillip Byrd felt very guilty for killing them 2 people that he reported himself to the police. Phillip may have been going through something to cause him to kill them innocent people too.  I predict that Phillip Byrd was planning on doing something crazy so he could get in trouble with the law. He may thought the to people had alot of money because they were parked in Atlantic City casino parking garage . “Phillip Byrd may have just been a cooler on the run from the law.” Most of all he has being sentence to 47 years in prison.
