In my medical health class we started reading a new book called the Healthy Life , and the book shows specifically how can a person live healthy by developing healthy habits and overcome the unhealthy habits such as smocking , fast food ,and others habits that will decrease your health and put you in danger that might be dangerous enough to damage your health. This book is really great because it talks specifically about how to be health in from every aspect like how to eat , how to exercise ,and all the knowledge a person need to live a healthy “Health is worth everything”. I recommend this to everyone because this book contain a lot of knowledge that I know for sure that people that most people have no clue about. I connect this book to myself because I care about health and I would like to know everything there is about health.
