A has learned that Owen, Leslie’s brother, is a pothead. During the school day, Owen is called to the principal’s office. I inferred that A does not really care because all she states is that she hopes she has not lost her ride home. Owen tells his parents that he got in the fight because he supposedly was angry that the girl he liked was talking to another guy. The punishment for Owen is to clean his room. A knows that Owen is lying, yet covers for him. A begins to break her own rules because while Leslie would let it go that Owen yelled at her to leave his room, A stands up for herself. She asserts her command over Owen because she is the one that is covering for him.

A wakes up in the morning remembering her time in Justin’s body. “I wake up thinking of yesterday. The joy is in remembering; the pain is in knowing it was yesterday” (David Levithan). This quote conveys how A is still lost in her thoughts about being in Justin’s body and spending time with Rhiannon. This morning she has awaken as Leslie Long, an unpopular sixteen-year-old who has an older brother named Owen. A states that she prefers to be an only child. Throughout the day as Leslie, A begins to learn the mannerisms of Owen and Carrie, Leslie’s best friend.

On this website I visited it was talking about bullying. It said how bullying is a form of comfort to others when I say the word ”comfort” I mean I makes the person that is bullying happy, satisfied, and entertained. They feel this why because there’s something that they are missing in their life and they use bullying to cover up the pain. They make other innocent people suffer because of their sufferings. Theirs a lot of forms of bullying like the phrase go ”bullying comes in many shapes and sizes” by that being said theirs many ways of handling bullying. Theirs going to an adult or a teacher or maybe just standing up for yourself. When their is a person that seem tuff to you theirs always someone that’s bigger and way more tuff them he/she.

Global warming is a big problem in the world today a lot of animals are in danger. Us people are the cause of this now that our technology is getting better and more enhanced were using more coal and fossil fuel and that’s where the danger is taking place. When we use fossil fuel it might be in use for us but its not for the animals. For example in Antarctica the ice glaciers and breaking down the ice glaciers are 70 ft. tall and they are melting and the water percentage is going up 25% while that happens. The polar bears are in danger the more ice that is being melted the more percentage of polar bears are declining because of global warming. we are the people that caused it so we as people need to be the ones who need to put an end to this.

Tracey Fells was a big time drug dealer in the late 1980’s and the early 1990’s. He was a football athlete at T.C. Williams high school he had scholarships to go to colleges. On the winter of 1987 he got arrested with a possession of cocaine. The judge gave him 20 years in jail but sentenced him to 17 years in prison. In 2010 Tracey Fells went to G.W. middle school to speak with the students their he said ”the parents should be living more in their children lives because the reason why he was so deep into drug dealing was because he didn’t get enough love from his”. That same year Tracey Fells was still in the drug game and was arrested again for the same charge as the last.

Lost and Found is about a sophmore girl named Darcy who is going through alot at home and school. First she thinks she is being stalked. Everyday she walks home from school there is a man that follows her. What she does not know is that the person following her home is her father who has been absent in her life. Then her sister starts messing with a boy and starts to do anything for him like steal Cd’s. Darcy tries to tell her leave the boy alone but her sister doesnt listen. In the end Darcy Finds out that it was her father who has been following her, but her sister continues to mess with the boy.

Throughout the first chapter of the novel, A has begun to set aside her rules of being unnoticed and unattached. A has begun to develop feelings for Rhiannon, Justin’s girlfriend. I have begun to infer that A will dwell on her feelings for Rhiannon throughout the novel. At the end of the day, A knows that tommorrow she will awake in a new body. She states “tonight I’m haunted by the fact that tommorrow he will be here and I won’t be. I want to stay. I pray to stay. I close my eyes and wish to stay.”(David Levithan)

This book starts with a guy’s body+a girl’s mind. A girl named A wakes up with a different person’s body every day. In the first chapter of the book, A wakes up in the body of Justin. She states that she knows that this is not her body, yet there is a part of her mind that knows all of Justin’s normal routines, such as the alarm clock going off at 7 am. “From what I can tell, every person I inhabit is the same age as me. I don’t hop from being sixteen to being sixty. Right now, it’s only sixteen. I don’t know how this works. Or why. I stopped trying to figure it out a long time ago.”(David Levithan) I questioned that how a girl wakes up with a different body and do the same thing that they do.

So finally April is moved in and her friends were throwing a house warming party, as everything was being set up April was so happy to finally see her nice tall and tanned boyfriend walk through the door. She practically threw herself on him and he was just looking around I suppose he was just trying to get use to the new surroundings. Of course at the party there was alcohol, they all played the most famous game “Never have I ever” Aprils boyfriend didn’t want to drink because he said he had to go home and Vi thought he was just going to crash at their place but I guess not. April saw that Noah was sort of annoyed and she wasn’t really sure on to why.  The game went on and the party went on as some guys wanted to play a more naughtier game but I don’t think so of the girls wanted to play. April was having a good time until she heard her phone ring she went to answer but it soon stopped ringing she noticed that it was her dad that called her 3 times, when she tried to call him back he called back and said he was worried that something was going on and was acting all worried saying she didn’t answer the phone he would end up calling she police, even if she in the shower and she could not get to it he will still end up calling them , and that was going a little bit over the top.

Mende Nazer is a Sudanese woman who was kidnaped at the age of 12. She was sold into slavery after 6 years of slavery at a Arab family she is trying to scape so bad from that house . Since 12 Mende hasn’t seen her parents again and she is trying to find them . Mende feels trapped at a house where she can no feel comfortable being , so she tries her best to scape from there but it is not easy, the owner’s of the house have her on check. Mende feels horrible , she feels completly alone , with nobody in her life so she must do something befeore anything else bad happens. ‘I want to be free” she says . Based on what i’ve read , i predict that Mende will suffer so much before she reunite with her parents again and finally be free and happy again.
