Today, we found a organization called ACTion Alexandria. ACTion gives grants and starts community projects in Alexandria. We need to find out more about ACTion so we can figure out how to use their organization to aid us. I also found a grant called “The Home Depot Foundation’s Community Impact Grants Program 2013”. This grant goes to “public schools…that are using the power of volunteers to improve the physical health of their community”. This grant seems perfect for our project. Some questions we should think about for next time are:

2. How does ACTion Alexandria work and how can they help us?
