The Beauty Underneath

Life presses down on me
An explosion of color is all I can see
So much to do, so much to say
This is my life, every day.

The world is a very colorful place
But when it begins to go at a startling pace
It's easy to miss the flower underneath
It's hard to find the beauty beneath.

When the world explodes
And the work to do piles up in loads
You have to search for the good times
It's easy to forget them sometimes.

  1. The image of an overly busy and hectic schedule connected with an explosion of color was one I could understand. It is like tie-dye. Many colors jumbled together without sense or order.
