The day has dawned
The day will be fun
The day will stink

I’m late for school
At least I had more time to play
My teacher will yell at me

Someone bumped into me
I’m sure it was an accident
I hope they were bruised

There isn’t a spoon for my cottage cheese
I’ll just eat it another way
My mom is stupid. Why does she always forget?

We have a test today
I’ll ace it
This is my worst class

My dad can’t pick me up
I’ll just walk in the beautiful sun
It’s such a long walk

I have a lot of homework
The sooner I’m done with it, the sooner I can play
I’ll just skip a bit.

I can’t get to sleep
How about I look out the window?
How about I watch TV?
