The problem that we can’t solve

No it’s not “what is the question”
No it’s not “are you asleep”
No it’s not “Does the universe have an end”
No it’s not “How licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop”
No. It’s not.

The question is “why are animals dying out?”
The question is “why are the stars not visible”
The question is “how is the atmosphere deteriorating”
The question is “Why are natural disasters increasing?”
The answers. They all have them.

But they are just sub questions
You haven’t seen the true one
You haven’t seen the only answer
And why we can’t answer it
What is causing this? How can we fix it?

We are the cause
And there is one way to remedy it
It is killing off all the humans
And letting our wonders deteriorate
And that is why we can’t fix the world.

Completely

  1. I know somebody whose email signature is: “The ultimate question isn’t the meaning of life. It’s six times nine.”

Of course, your ultimate question is much better.
