Real Eyes. Realize. Real lies.

You stand in my way
I stand in yours
As dusk approaches
The sun ensures
that,
This wont be over soon
The stars aligning
Here comes the moon
so you,
Take a step forward
and I,
Take a step back
My heart is racing like I'm under attack
I look into your soul,
And there's a deep hole
and I think maybe I could fill it somehow
but it's,
hard as coal
As I try harder,
I remember who you were
With your passion for music
And life was a blur
So as I step a little closer
And count to three
I stop in my tracks
And realize that you,
Are me.

Sofrita or Ramen

I have loved you from the start
When I was sad you filled up my heart
In different flavors you come
And I would always get you from Wal-Mart
You are what I grew up with
But I think I am changing my mind
Sorry, it's not you, it's me
See you next time.
Ramen.

When I met you a few weeks back
I instantly fell in love
But now I rarely see you
And my heart is soaring like a dove
To find you
Turns it you were right behind you
Or was it me you were behind?
I cant remember because your glorious sight made me go blind
Or was it amnesia I had?
I cant remember because your glorious sight made me go blind
Or was it Sofrita?
No that was your name.....
Sofrita

Sorry Ramen, better luck next time!

The Price Of Power

With great power comes great
       Responsibility
Break the trust and the power is
            Gone
     So use your power
          Wisely
Or else everything will turn out
          Wrong
With great power comes great
        Responsibility

Follow it, or lose it.

This is insane,
I saw something I cant explain,
The other day I was walking to the corner store when I saw a guy in pain.
Raggedy clothes,
Scraggly Beard,
He didn't have enough money to get on the train
I felt bad, because it was about to rain.
So I,
Offered him a cane,
And said
"Lets go to my house in romaine!"
He said "Okay"
And we got on the plane.
We started talking,
About the weather in romaine,
And he started to rap
And I was like,
"Whoa, this is insane!"
So I asked
"You're so good, how did you end up on the curb, in the rain?"
So he said,
"Follow it or lose it kid"
And I realized his dreams had went down the drain.

Your Struggle Is Mine

Today is the day
Don't be scared, its okay.
Remember, I've been there before
It was the best experience and had me wanting more.

Are you happy or are you sad?
Are you joyful or are you mad?
Just remember that your struggle is mine
And the experience let me shine!

When it was over for me
The birds were chirping
My parents had lots of soda
And my dad kept burping.

There will be some fun times
And there will be some painful.
But just remember your struggle is mine
And for that, I am very grateful!

You might feel like everyone's staring at you once in a while
But here's some advice to you.
After it's over buy some sweet new kicks
And when they look say "Thanks for looking at my shoes!"

There may be some days where you feel
Like you want to hide yourself with a hoodie.
But remember your struggle is mine
So just buy yourself some goodies!

When it is over you will wish that it never ended
This poem's for you so let me send it.

I'm praying for you
And your struggle is mine
Your struggle is mine
mine
mine.
