MID -MISSION REFLECTION

Mission Topic,Purpose , and Hypothesis

Our mission is  to create a photography team   for our school .The  purpose  of our mission is to  create a photography team   ,so that  students can  pursue a passion if they love taking pictures , the parents could keep  up to date , and other students could see whats going on  .Our hypothesis is that  this photography team will hopefully set of and  create a club that is fun for you and  that will  make our school better  . This  photography team  for George Washington middle school .

Real World Skills I’ve Learned

Three skills I have learned  are  things i can use  through out my life . One I already knew about  talk to people on the phone and being professional  , but I  learned how to do it better .  Two  I  learned about   research and how it’s researching and how to do it better .Three I   learned how to work with people better than I did before . I can use these skills outside of the classroom  to   talk to strangers better , work better with  anyone even if I  don’t personally like them .The job i want to  have when i am old is to act  which involves   talking to strangers and working with people .It involves research maybe and    being professional  when you need to  .

Challenges We/I Encountered

Three challenges we encountered are problems to  finishing that days work . People would not work  on their task . We would  be lazy and not do anything . Our group did get work done and did a  good job. Then   sometimes we needed to work harder on our task . We as a group could do better .These were challenges because they got in the way of finishing  our  plan for that day .

Solutions We Tried Out

S0me solutions that we tried to overcome our challenges were  great for our dilemmas. we to  get more work done and to not be bored we would  switch the task once in a while to a different person.Our group would take turns  in the process  of  planning  . We would try and get as much work done    if we fell behind . We as a group tried to find a solution for all of our challenges .

Next Steps

Next ,we need to   make more phone calls . We need to get digital cameras. We also need to get resources.We need to finish  all of our work . We as a group need to finish all of our plan of what we need to accomplish .The group as a next step needs to make this mission amazing in the end .

Favorite Part  Of  The Progress

My favorite part of this mission so far is a wide scale  part of the progress .The favorite part for me is just the whole project .It is amazing to work with everyone to make the school more enjoyable . The idea of creating something that will  make people who love to take photos have somewhere to do it .The idea of  having someone who will make this possible along with us .The most favorite part is  being apart of this amazing experience .
