Stress, Studying, and More Stress
Is that what your life has consisted of over the past few months? As many of you may know, stress is not a healthy condition to live in, especially for extended periods of time. During Mental Health Awareness Month it is important that we take some time to look at aspects of life that impact your mental well being. Recently the Princeton Review published a great article on stress and studying (visit link), which highlighted the fact that stress and studying are not naturally linked.
