Learning ROCKS! After-School Assistant

Description:  Have a few hours a week to spare during the school year? Want to make a difference in the lives of Arlington youth? Then, Greenbrier Learning Center is the place for you! Our after-school program, Learning ROCKS!, is looking for volunteers to assist 3rd-5th graders with homework, reading, and other academic needs, as well as supervising educational activities that support school curriculum and exciting field trips. Program hours are M-F 3:00-6:00 pm.

Requirements:  Volunteers must be at least 15 years old.

Potential volunteers will be required to complete an orientation with the Volunteer Coordinator.

Volunteers 18 and over are asked to pay a $20 fee for a criminal background check.
