We are looking forward to meeting in person on Wednesday, September 29th to begin to get to know each other and to launch this year’s Changemakers projects. If you are new to service learning and the CivicTREK program, please read a bit more about who and what we are here. During our time of remote and hybrid learning we learned that having three suggested topics for students to consider when making change in their community led to more focus and more success. This year’s three themes are:
- Responding to Racism and Injustice
- Community Wellness and Equity
- Climate Change and Environmental Justice
Keep checking back for more news about our cohort.
